Sherwood Community Center is one of the "Hot" places for gospel music in Mississippi. With different groups and solos every month it provides a Sat. Night for hearing some really great Southern Gospel Music. Located on Hwy 15 about twelve miles north of Ackerman, Ms its a great place to visit, Oh and tell Angie I said Hi!

Times are as follows....Friday singing begins at 7 pm and goes until 10 pm; Saturday singing begins at 6 pm and goes until 10 pm.
Groups on Saturday night are as follows; Hearts Desire, Heavenly Journey, New Genesis Qt., Southern Image Qt., New Liberty Qt., Glory Bound Qt., The Harrells, Joyful Noise Qt., The Tracemen Qt., and more to be announced later.
Friday night groups are as follows; Wells Bros. Qt., Psalms Trio, Masters Qt., The Kinsmen, and four more groups to be named later.
Tickets will be given away, by M.G.M.A. to vocalists, musicians, and sound engineers attending the singing and not actually participating for more information
