A Few Pictures from 2009 MGMA Gathering

Chris Jenkins,"I've always loved the four part harmony of good old fashioned quartet singing. I got hooked on the sound while a member of Kathy King's Ackerman High School Quartet in the mid 80's. Some of my fondest memories of that time were of the barbershop classics we learned to perform. As I got older, I came to love the classic sound of Southern Gospel Quartet singing."

Anita Jenkins, “I remember as a child coming home from Sunday morning church service and watching the ‘Gospel Jubilee’ show and wishing one day that I could sing like that in a quartet.”

Along with Perry King and Sam Griffin They wanted to expand their musical horizons. So, together, they decided to use their God given talents to “sing praises to the Lord, and make a joyful noise for all to hear.”
